Blizzard Sports Academy LLC (“BSA,” “we,” “us”) operates www.blizzardsportsacademy.com and provides ski and snowboard instruction at Big SNOW American Dream, East Rutherford, New Jersey. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

    • Booking and account information: name, email address, phone number, and lesson details when you book a lesson or create a member account. Bookings may include participant names and ages, including those of children enrolled by a parent or guardian.
    • Liability waiver information: participant name, date of birth, signature, and the date signed, collected through our waiver form before lessons.
    • Messages: name, email address, and message content when you contact us through the website form, by email, or via WeChat.
    • Payment information: payments are processed by our payment processors (including Wix Payments). We do not store your full card number.
    • Automatically collected information: standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected through cookies and similar technologies by our website platforms (Wix and Cloudflare) for site operation, security, and analytics.
  2. How we use informationWe use this information to schedule and deliver lessons, manage waivers and safety requirements, process payments, respond to inquiries, send booking confirmations and service emails, maintain member accounts and lesson packages, administer student benefits, and operate and protect the website. We may also send you marketing emails about lessons, events, and promotions — you can opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us. We will still send essential service messages (such as booking confirmations).
  3. Children's informationOur lessons include children (ages 4 and up). Children's information (name, age, waiver details) is provided to us by a parent or legal guardian during booking — we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children online. Parents may review or request deletion of their child's information by contacting us.
  4. How we share informationWe do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate: Wix.com Ltd. (website platform, bookings, forms, payments), Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting and security), and payment processors. These providers process data under their own privacy and security obligations. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect safety and legal rights.
  5. Data retentionWe keep booking, waiver, and customer records for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal, insurance, and safety requirements (waivers are valid for 12 months and retained thereafter as required).

Deletion requests may be limited where we must keep records by law (e.g., signed waivers, payment records).

  8. International visitorsOur services are provided in the United States. If you contact us from outside the U.S. (including via WeChat), your information will be processed in the U.S.
