Once you're booked, we set up a message group with you and your coach — ask anything before lesson day, get feedback after.
Come 30 minutes early to get fitted. Rentals include helmet, board or skis, boots, and outerwear — just bring your own gloves.

No — equipment rental is included with your Big SNOW ticket: skis or a snowboard, boots, a helmet, and a warm jacket & pants. Just bring your own gloves. The ticket is purchased separately — available at a discount from our ticket store.
Yes — the venue has a free changing room (the Locker Room) where you can change and get your gear ready before your lesson.
