Cancellation Fee Percentage Based on Number of Days Before Course Start 11 days before start: No cancellation fee 10 days before start: 10% 7 days before start: 30% 3 days before start: 50% 2 days before start: 80% Same-day: 100% Personalized classes offer free rescheduling up to 72 hours before class. Same-day rescheduling will incur a $100 fee.
